- I reply to the media within 48 hours.
- I do not speak off-the-record.
- I keep a record of all meetings with stakeholders. The dates and lists participants of such meetings are not confidential.
- I keep a register of accepted event invitations that others would have to pay for attending. The same goes for gifts and other benefits. The register contains information about the donor, date of the event and the estimated value of the ticket / gift. The register is publicly available.
- I publish these rules in a visible place and I inform those they concern are additionally about them.
